The terms and conditions of MOU (Memorandum of understanding) are as mentioned below.
1. Before going for the interview candidate is being briefed about job profile, work location, salary range and company details.
2. Candidate cannot deny job offer or taking given location/city/state for job if selected.
3. After completing candidates training candidate has to take all given opportunities for interviews.
4. After candidate’s first appointment letter or selection candidate will not get next chance for any other interview for other company or firm.
5. Candidate needs to pay one time consulting fee and its nonrefundable. Consulting fee is charged to the candidate for providing job profile, work location, salary range and company details.
6. If candidate wants to take training and coaching to clear the interview in that case candidate need to pay and coaching fee to MCS.
7. Training and coaching fee is non refundable. Training and coaching period can be for an hour or for few days. Depends on profile or candidates skills.
8. Candidate needs to pay training and coaching fee on the time of filling application form.
9. Candidate can’t claim or ask for any refund of training and coaching fee if candidate leaves the job/company after selection or few days after joining due to any reason.
10. If the candidate doesn’t pay the training and coaching fee within given time, in that case MCS can take legal action against the candidate. For this legal action candidate will be liable.
11. Candidate has to submit a postdated cheque before going for an interview.
12. This MOU cannot be cancelled by candidate once signed, no refund will be provided if candidate wants to cancel this MOU.
13. Candidate can not refer anyone within one year of joining. If candidate wants to refer anyone then Candidate can refer them to MCS only.
14. All legal hearings and cases jurisdiction area would be Bhopal (M. P.)
15. I accept that MCS will be released from its liabilities towards me, my job and my recruiter after handing over my offer letter/after receiving my offer letter from company.
Note: – M.C.S. does not fix any interview for any company or candidates. We are not liable/accountable for any dispute between candidate and company/firm after selection or joining. We don’t ask or take money to provide jobs. We only help candidate by giving them guidance, support, knowledge, details about interview questions and their possible answers.
